Objective:

This document identifies the changes between ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008. In essence, there are no new requirements or major changes. Amendments have been made to bring more clarity to the clauses.

Words in italics and highlighted in orange are the changes in ISO 9001:2008.

Red & bold text in the ‘Remarks’ column identify changes that need a little more attention.
