- Items sold by RIBO come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason about the quality of our products, PLEASE call or email to arrange a return. Warranty period begins from receipt date and applies to the price of the part only. - The quality warranty for most of our items extend for twelve (12) months or 50,000 kms(whichever comes first). - ALL WARRANTIES whether sponsored by RIBO, or our partners, are limited to the price of the part ONLY. - It has NOT been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or used for any purpose other than its intended purpose. Wear and tear is specifically EXCLUDED from ANY and ALL warranty coverage. - Approved by manufacturer upon inspection and subject to its guidelines and limitations. - A complete description of the failure is provided on the return authorization request.
